2. Follow the Daily Flow:  

- Complete your movement and nutrition plan  

- Fill out your daily journal check-in  

- Connect with the group for motivation and accountability

 

3. Weekly Group Calls:  

- We'll check in on wins, troubleshoot challenges, and share tips.

4. Ongoing Support:  

- Ask questions anytime in our group chat
